Grass-fed, grass-finished meats are generally available in the late fall and winter. Shepherd’s Valley works with a number of area grass-fed beef producers to provide our customers with the best tasting, most nutritious and healthy beef available. Grass-fed beef is NOT sold by the individual cut, but rather by the half or whole beef, generally. Some producers may offer a split half (quarter) in some cases.
